A Teen Patti variation changes at least one part of the standard game: card values, wild cards, hand order or the winning objective. The name alone is not enough because different tables can implement the same variation differently. Read the full rule panel before the deal and confirm how ties are resolved.

AK47 commonly treats Aces, Kings, Fours and Sevens as special or wild cards, but the exact power of those cards must be stated. Joker formats may reveal a rank, suit or selected card that can substitute for another value. Ask whether natural hands beat equivalent joker-assisted hands.
Probability changes when wild cards are introduced, so standard-deck percentages no longer apply without recalculation.
Muflis typically reverses the normal objective so the weakest standard hand wins. Some tables reverse category order while keeping comparison rules inside each category; others publish a dedicated low-hand chart. Confirm how pairs and high cards are treated before playing.
Do not rely on the normal ranking graphic during a Muflis show unless the table explicitly instructs you to reverse it.
999 often asks players to form a value close to nine using a defined scoring system. High-Low Split divides eligibility or the pot between different objectives. Both require more than standard Teen Patti knowledge because scoring and qualification rules drive the result.
Read examples provided by the specific table and set personal limits before trying an unfamiliar format.
Ask which cards are wild, whether natural hands beat assisted hands, which category order applies, how Aces are treated and what happens in a tie. Also confirm whether a player can remain blind and whether sideshow rules have changed.
If any answer is unclear, observe a sample round or leave the table. A familiar Teen Patti label does not guarantee familiar rules.
