Teen Patti Master Login, OTP and Customer Care Scam Guide
Use the installed app for support, keep every OTP and payment PIN private, and treat search-result phone numbers as unverified.
Support does not need your one-time password, UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or remote control of your phone. TPAPK directs account-specific issues to customer service inside the installed app.
Use a Clean Login Route
- Open the app you installed from the source you intended to use.
- Confirm the mobile number before requesting an OTP.
- Read the message so you know which action the code authorises.
- Enter the OTP only into the app screen you initiated.
- Stop if a caller, message or screen-sharing session asks you to read the code aloud.
An OTP is temporary, but it can still authorise account access or a sensitive action during its validity window. A person who already knows your phone number can use urgency to make an unexpected code seem routine.
How to Reach Customer Care
For an account, login, deposit, bonus or withdrawal issue, open the installed app and use its Help or Customer Service option. TPAPK's support page deliberately does not publish a public account-support phone number.
Do not assume the first number in a Google result, video description, comment, Telegram message or social profile is genuine. NPCI specifically warns users about searching for customer-care contacts on the internet because fraudulent numbers can be placed where users will find them.
Real Support Request or Scam Pattern?
| Situation | Lower-risk pattern | Scam warning |
|---|---|---|
| Contact route | You open Help inside the app. | A stranger contacts you first from an unverified number. |
| OTP | You enter a requested code in the app. | An agent asks you to read or forward the code. |
| UPI PIN | You use it only to authorise a payment you understand. | Someone says it is needed to receive a refund or withdrawal. |
| QR code | You inspect the payee and amount before paying. | Someone says scanning a QR and entering a PIN will receive money. |
| Phone access | You keep control of the device. | An agent asks for AnyDesk, TeamViewer or another remote-access tool. |
| Release fee | Any disclosed fee appears in the app transaction flow. | An agent demands a separate payment to unlock winnings or a refund. |
UPI Rules That Stop Common Scams
NPCI states that a UPI PIN is used to authorise transactions, not to receive money. Entering the PIN after scanning a QR generally means you are approving a payment. Check the payee name and amount before authorising anything.
- Never share the UPI PIN with app support, a bank caller or a refund agent.
- Never install an unknown screen-sharing app while discussing a wallet issue.
- Raise a UPI transaction complaint through your UPI app or bank route.
- Do not open a cashback, KYC or refund link sent by an unsolicited contact.
If You Already Shared a Secret or Paid
- End the call or remote session and disconnect the device from the network if someone still controls it.
- Contact the bank or UPI app immediately and report the transaction.
- Call India's financial-cyber-fraud helpline 1930 and file a report at the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
- Change the affected account and email passwords from a trusted device.
- Remove unknown remote-access apps and review device accessibility permissions.
- Preserve screenshots, phone numbers, chat logs, payment references and timestamps.
- Contact customer service inside the app with the account issue, without resending secrets.
Speed matters, but recovery is not guaranteed. Do not pay a second person who claims they can recover the first payment for a fee.
Login and Customer Care Questions
Will customer care ask for my OTP or UPI PIN?
Do not disclose either secret. Account support can investigate a reference without knowing the credential that authorises access or payment.
Where is the official customer-care number?
TPAPK directs users to the Help or Customer Service route inside the installed app and does not publish a public account-support number.
Can scanning a QR code receive a withdrawal?
NPCI warns that scanning a QR and entering a UPI PIN is a payment action, not a way to receive money.
